Hello! I've suffered from Chondromalacia Patella for several years. I went through a lot of frustrating treatment before I decided to do a little reading on the subject.

These pages, especially my Chondromalacia Report, are a compilation of what I've learned through reading, cruising the Web, and harassing my doctors.
